Large Outdoor KitchenOutdoor (lots of counter space, 2 Grills, 2 Ice Boxes, Sink) Game Room with finished walk out basement, Large Hot Tub, and Fire Pit area outside, along with 4 multi-level, waterfront decks. The Grand House also features a 2-Slip Boat Dock with Electric Lift, Jet Ski Slips, Water Trampoline, Water Mats, and High Dive.

Other things to note

Our rates are seasonal. Please note when booking in advance that our rates change as follows:
January-February- $1,000 nightly
March, April and through May 20th – $1,500 nightly
May 21st- September 30th – $3,000 nightly
October, November, December – $1,500 nightly

3 night weekend minimum.

Long term stays allowed for 28 days or more.
No smoking in buildings and no pets allowed. If these rules are broken, all deposits will be forfeited and responsible parties could be asked to leave.
All deposits are non refundable (except for the damage deposit). After a deposit is made, if there is a cancellation, the deposit will become a credit that can be used for a future booking.
