The breezy floor plan includes 2 living rooms and an updated kitchen that opens up to a stunning backyard oasis on the water. An expansive lanai with a caged resort-style pool & hot tub recently installed with a massive outdoor living area. Entertaining is a delight with ample outdoor seating, a dock, lounge chairs, sofas, tables and a gas grill.
LIVING AREA Relax in either inviting living rooms.
The front room has a new modern sofa overlooking the open kitchen. The back room has a large reclining theater sofa. Both rooms are provided with smart TV’s.
KITCHEN & DINING Whip up delicious meals in the chef’s kitchen, appointed with gleaming granite countertops and a large island with 4 bar stools. When it’s time to eat, share meals at the dining table for six, bar seating for 4 or perch at the outdoor table for 6.
BEDROOMS & BATHS This single-level home sleeps up to six guests between three bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a stately king bed and a flat-screen TV. Open the glass door to step out onto the lanai at the hot tub and pool area. The en-suite updated master bathroom is configured with two separate vanities, a walk-in shower, walk-in closet and a garden tub. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and a 1/2 bath. The third bedroom features two twin size trundle beds. A full hall bathroom is detailed with a brand new coastal blue remodel including a glass tiled shower.
OUTDOOR AREAS You will never want to leave your private backyard! Fire up the gas grill and enjoy dinner with a canal view at the table for six. Sip a refreshing beverage around the umbrella-shaded patio set. Float in the resort-style caged pool and unwind in the private hot tub. Your slice of paradise also includes a private boat dock on the Caloosahatchee River Canal.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS There is plenty of parking available in the driveway. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. The pool can be heated for an added fee of $40 per day. Please note the boat lift is not available for guest use. However, there is plenty of room for a boat to tie up to the seawall. Please inquire regarding availability for size. There is also a desk overlooking the pool area in case you need to office for a bit.
THE LOCATION A quick 10-minute walk, Yacht Club Community Park offers a fishing pier, a marina, tennis courts, and public beach access. For the history buff in your group, visit the Southwest Florida Military Museum and Library, just 2 miles away. The tropical barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva are a must. These barrier islands are particularly famous for shelling. See Nature Reserve of Ding Darling or the state park of Lover’s Key, rated in the Top 10 Beaches in the US on the Travel Channel. Cape Coral has both tennis clubs and golf courses. Nearby Fort Myers and Naples have earned the reputation of having some of the most sought after public and private golf courses in the world. Cape Coral has constant events, restaurants and entertainment just a short 2 mile uber away. It is also a shoppers’ paradise from designer boutiques in Bell Tower to large department stores in Coconut Point Mall. Miromar Outlets with over 140 designer and brand names is a short drive away. Less than 10 miles away, Sun Splash Family Waterpark boasts 14 acres of rides, slides, and lazy rivers. Experience the turquoise waves and sugar-white sands of Fort Myers Beach, just 13.5 miles away.
