About this listing

Calypso Cottage is a roomy studio apartment for two, with an enclosed courtyard full of tropical plants, and patio seating and a gas grill . It has a very comfortable king bed  ( purple hybrid mattress)  and the living space is an L shaped  area with a well equipped kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom with a large shower. It has a dining table for two and bohemian style touches, artwork and decor, spacious windows, off street parking, and much more you will love. We provide wifi for streaming with roku and your own streaming devices.

You can walk to the pier and harbor, and there are 7 +  restaurants and bars within walking distance, where you can dine on fresh seafood or Vietnamese cuisine or an Irish pub.

We have a private pier a couple blocks away, and the new Fulton pier , lighted and very long with a T-head , many bait stands available. Nearby is a Walmart and an HEB and  Tackletown  and dozens of restaurants. . The area is famous for its beautiful bent oaks, and for the birding and fishing. Winter is for migratory bird watching, spring and fall you see the monarch migration, and the redfish and flounder are waiting you all the time.

This cottage is for two adults only and no pets are allowed. We live on the property . IT is a quiet,  safe and quaintly beautiful old neighborhood.
